Fragile State is Neil Cowley, keyboarder with Zero 7, and Ben Mynott, a music journalist with the Blues and Soul Magazine. Ben Mynott has collaborated on many other albums including Eco-Zen and Eco-Zen 2 with One World Music's Leigh Wood.
